As a member of Mason Nation, you're never alone. We have resources to support and help you through difficult times.

Whether medical, personal, or work-related, Mason has resources to help you get through a crisis.

Health plans' employee assistance programs (EAPs) include up to four free sessions for such services as:

  • Mental health.
  • Alcohol or drug abuse assessment.
  • Child or elder care.
  • Grief counseling.
  • Housing.
  • Legal or financial services.

Counseling and Psychological Services offers a variety of free services provided by professional clinical psychologists, social workers, counselors, learning specialists, and psychiatric providers. Individual and group counseling is available. For more information, call 703-993-2380.

You can also find support and assistance through Employee Relations to resolve personal or professional issues. They'll help with such areas as:

  • Coaching.
  • Consultation.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Support resources
  • Grief counseling.
  • Life events.

The Office of Compliance, Diversity, and Ethics (CDE) investigates claims of harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. You can meet with a member of the CDE team to talk about your options, or fill out an intake form. For more information, call 703-993-8730.
